A mais polêmica delas foi a reforma do Judiciário, que irá politizar a escolha dos representantes dos juízes e reduzir a participação dos vinculados a outras vertentes políticas que não o kirchnerismo. Do lado da oposição, também há muita movimentação. A principal delas é do Grupo Clarín, que colocou seu exército na rua para atacar o governo, contra quem está enfrentado desde 2009.
