Revoltados, os funcionários do local e pessoas que fazem trabalho artístico e voluntário no Borda foram à Justiça, e conseguiram uma liminar que impedia a demolição de pavilhões. Tranquilos, realizavam seus trabalhos e não esperavam o que veio na sexta-feira. Funcionários de uma empresa de demolição chegaram e começaram a pôr abaixo as paredes de um dos pavilhões.
