Três eventos políticos da maior importância na mesma semana elevaram a já alta temperatura da política argentina, levando o país a praticamente não dar nenhuma bola para os acontecimentos em Boston ou em Caracas. Meios de comunicação, redes sociais e conversas de amigos na Argentina, nos últimos dias, tratam basicamente desses assuntos: as denúncias de corrupção K feitas pelo programa de Jorge Lanata, a reforma do sistema judiciário que será votada hoje pelo Senado, e o panelaço da próxima quinta-feira, que espera reunir 1 milhão de pessoas na Praça de Maio.

Não é uma semana fácil para o kirchnerismo. Os ânimos anti-K já vinham alterados desde a tragédia da inundação em La Plata, há duas semanas. Na noite do último domingo, surgiram as denúncias de que Néstor Kirchner teria usado um esquema de desvio e transporte de altas somas de dinheiro para a Suíça, utilizando paraísos fiscais. A revelação, baseada em provas documentais e cruzamento de depoimentos de testas-de-ferro, deu novas provas materiais ao processo em andamento que busca investigar o enriquecimento ilícito dos Kirchner.

Enquanto isso, a oposição e os juízes de todo o país levantaram sua voz contra a reforma no sistema judiciário proposta pelo governo e que será votada hoje no Senado. Para virar lei, passará pelos deputados. Mas sua aprovação é tida como certa, pois o governo tem maioria em ambas as casas. Proposto pelo Executivo, o projeto submete a voto popular os representantes dos juízes no Conselho da Magistratura. Cristina não esperava a reação, que tem sido veiculada pelos meios e por meio de manifestações. As referências a ela são violentas. A deputada Elisa Carrió disse que se tratava de um “golpe de Estado”, enquanto o até hoje aliado Horacio Verbitsky veio a público dizer que a reforma tinha aspectos inconstitucionais. Espera-se um debate renhido no Senado.

Por fim, na quinta-feira, os anti-kirchneristas se preparam para ir à Praça de Maio mais uma vez protestar contra Cristina, a corrupção, a reforma da Justiça, a impunidade, a falta de transparência. Os organizadores esperam reunir, como das vezes anteriores, em novembro e setembro, cerca de 1 milhão de pessoas. A menos de seis meses da eleição legislativa que deve decidir o futuro do kirchnerismo, o mesmo parece enfrentar sua pior crise até aqui.
