Desde que começaram as mobilizações, principalmente da classe média, contra o governo Cristina Kirchner, o fantasma que assustava os anti-kirchneristas era o do exemplo venezuelano.  Porém, na última semana, a Justiça argentina deu provas de que ainda existe mais institucionalidade aqui do que em países como Equador e Venezuela, onde todos, Congresso, Justiça e outros estão completamente à mercê do poder presidencial.

Após passar a semana ouvindo ataques e pressões por parte de membros do governo, os juízes reagiram. Tinham sido chamados de “revoltosos”, pelo ministro da Justiça, Julio Alak, e até acusados de estarem planejando um “golpe de Estado”, segundo o deputado ultra-kirchnerista Carlos Kunkel.
