Aos poucos, o governo kirchnerista vai prescindindo da política. A mais nova manifestação disso é a progressiva perda de relevância dos partidos tradicionais e o aumento da influência de uma militância aguerrida e violenta em seus modos de atuação.

Os partidos de oposição estão no chão. Nenhum tem uma atitude clara de confronto com relação a Cristina Kirchner. Os radicais (UCR), históricos rivais do peronismo, ensaiam uma indignação de fachada, e na hora “h” ou votam com o governo ou timidamente desperdiçam seu espaço para manifestar-se contra. O partido de Mauricio Macri (PRO), teoricamente o principal adversário de Cristina, compõe vergonhosamente com o governo em questões que são sensíveis a negócios comuns. Em questões de relevância da administração de Buenos Aires, do qual é prefeito, Macri não consegue se impor e não combate a presidente. Dá a impressão de que não tem forças para enfrenta-la e que pode jogar a toalha a qualquer minuto.

Já o peronismo de direita se mostra mais aguerrido e tentando descolar-se de organizações que a presidente privilegia, como La Campora. Porém, são temerosos de um rompimento e, mais importante, compartilham com o governo a crença de que as políticas econômicas de Cristina são as melhores para o país.

Os socialistas surgem como uma alternativa, especialmente para setores mais progressistas da sociedade. O fato de não contarem com um líder de peso e carismático, porém, pesa contra. Hermes Binner, que ficou em segundo na eleição do ano passado, será um senhor de avançada idade no próximo pleito presidencial.

Já Cristina, que tem o Congresso na mão, o usa para avançar contra as instituições. A maioria kirchnerista obediente pouco discute as propostas, que são aprovadas aos montes todas as semanas.

A presidente parece não se importar mais com a estrutura de seu próprio partido. Nunca fala do justicialismo, do peronismo ou o que seja. Seus olhos e atenção –e muita verba estatal– estão voltados para as organizações juvenis.

A que mais tem aparecido nos últimos tempos é a Unidos y Organizados, que reúne as lideranças de La Cámpora, Kolina e Movimento Evita. Acabam de inaugurar uma nova sede nacional, um verdadeiro bunker, no bairro popular e central do Once, e se estruturam para ser o principal apoio de Cristina nas eleições legislativas de 2013.

A importância estratégica dessa votação é muito grande. Caso o kirchnerismo perca cadeiras no Congresso, será difícil aprovar o projeto de re-reeleição, o que significaria a derrocada do kirchnerismo.

A Unidos y Organizados investe pesado em formação ideológica e propaganda. Seus símbolos não são ícones peronistas, mas sim heróis do progressismo latino-americano e os membros do casal Kirchner. Como Néstor se transformou de um político de perfil opaco em uma espécie de Che Guevara romântico é uma questão que fica no ar. A linguagem e a organização do grupo são praticamente militares.

Sua especialidade é organizar grandes atos em estádios e lugares públicos. No dia do aniversário da morte de Néstor, em outubro, mostrou sua força, que quer repetir em 10 de dezembro, quando se completa um ano do novo mandato de Cristina.

Nas províncias, a organização é aliada de grupos para-estatais, como o Tupac Amaru, de Milagro Sala, que tem uma espécie de milícia própria, alinhada ao kirchnerismo.

Durante a sessão que aprovou o voto aos 16 anos, medida que ajudará a ampliação do eleitorado kirchnerista ao trazer para cena boa parte da militância desses grupos, a Unidos y Organizados tomou o plenário com cânticos, faixas e uma bandeira gigante de Cristina. Cada vez que a oposição falava, era abafada por gritos e vaias.

Cristina adula o grupo. Dança e canta com eles, vibra quando ouve que se consideram “soldados do kirchnerismo”.

A sensação de que algo pode sair do controle é iminente. A violência verbal de alguns membros da Unidos y Organizados é latente. Na mesma sessão, o deputado Andrés Larroque, do La Campora, acusou o governo de uma província de ser “narco-socialista”. Em vez de ser advertido, foi amplamente elogiado pelo vice-presidente Amado Boudou.

Na próxima quinta-feira, haverá um mega-panelaço em Buenos Aires, já apelidado de 8N, por ser no dia 8 de novembro. A Unidos y Organizados espalhou pela cidade pichações com referência à data, à qual deve tentar resistir e colocar entraves. A sensação que dá, infelizmente, é que o grupo está no limiar de cometer atos violentos. Tomara que isso não passe de uma impressão.
