A Argentina, entre o 8-N e o 7-D

Piquetes e manifestações não são incomuns nos grandes centros urbanos argentinos. Mesmo turistas ocasionais costumam topar com eles e já os identificam como um traço inconfundivelmente local. Juntar-se para fazer protestos é uma característica cultural que já tem uma longa história por aqui.

Nos últimos meses, porém, a quantidade de manifestações tem evidenciado uma crescente insatisfação social. As movimentações foram registradas em diferentes zonas de Buenos Aires e variam muito no que diz respeito à camada social de seus integrantes.

Há algumas semanas, em Lanús, no conurbano (periferia), centenas de pessoas marcharam pedindo mais segurança. Apesar de não terem os piores índices de violência da América Latina, os argentinos reclamam muito da deterioração dessa situação nas cidades grandes.

Durante a visita da presidente Cristina Kirchner aos EUA, para participar da assembleia geral da ONU, argentinos residentes lá reuniram-se para fazer barulho do lado de fora do hotel em que a presidente ficou hospedada e da universidade de Harvard, onde Cristina falou e respondeu perguntas dos estudantes, como contei nesse espaço na semana passada.

Já o super secretário de Comércio Interior argentino, Guillermo Moreno, teve sua casa cercada de manifestantes, após ter sido denunciado um episódio em que maltratou uma agente aduaneira. Conhecido por seus maus modos, Moreno respondeu aos que pediam sua renúncia dizendo que podiam “meter as panelas” naquele lugar.

Na última semana, foi a vez dos agentes da prefectura e da gendarmeria, que se mobilizaram para protestar contra uma redução de 40% a 70% de seus salários. De origem humilde, esses oficiais, que até então eram de confiança do governo federal, se levantaram e continuam em vigília com suas reivindicações. Um novo posicionamento do governo será anunciado hoje.

Todos esses episódios parecem ecoar o que já ficou conhecido como 13-S, o grande panelaço que mobilizou cerca de 200 mil pessoas na Praça de Maio, a principal de Buenos Aires, na quinta-feira 13 de setembro.

Os que ali se reuniram pediam mais segurança, fim da corrupção e das medidas de controle para a compra de dólares. O governo e seus apoiadores responderam dizendo que se tratava de um protesto das classes média e média alta, minimizando sua importância. Já os manifestantes reforçaram que vinham de diversos pontos da cidade e que sua bandeira era uma insatisfação geral contra o kirchnerismo.

A “crispación” generalizada em que se encontra a Argentina vai caminhando para um novo clímax, à medida em que nos aproximamos do fim do ano. Duas datas marcam esse ambiente de embate. São elas o 8-N, quando os mesmos organizadores do 13-S se preparam para um novo e gigantesco panelaço, que já vem sendo amplamente difundido pelas redes sociais, e o 7-D (7 de dezembro), quando o governo planeja forçar o grupo “Clarín”, seu principal inimigo, a abandonar um de seus meios. Isso se cumpriria caso a interpretação do governo do artigo 161 da Lei de Meios, que prevê a chamada “desinversão”, prevaleça. Já o grupo midiático aposta numa decisão judicial que o livre de cumprir a norma.

8-N e 7-D marcarão o clima político da Argentina nos próximos meses. Alguns preveem que, se o panelaço for um fiasco e o 7-D um sucesso, o governo muito provavelmente lançará na sequência a proposta da re-reeleição de Cristina. Já os que apostam no contrário acreditam que aqui começa o declínio e o ocaso do kirchnerismo.

Não faltará emoção, e, pelo visto, nem barulho.
