A temperatura do embate entre a presidente Cristina Kirchner e os meios de comunicação opositores argentinos é alta. Porém, quem está incomodando mesmo Cristina não é tanto um jornalista dedicado a descobrir as falcatruas ou a corrupção do governo. Nos últimos meses, a presidente tem se irritado especialmente é com uma atriz. A imitadora Fatima Florez, que virou participante fixa do programa de Jorge Lanata, “Periodismo para Todos”, é hoje um fenômeno de audiência e assunto preferido em redes sociais.

Em sua imitação, Florez, que tem 31 anos, veste-se de preto, como a presidente, eternamente de luto, tem o beiço ressaltado e sempre usa forte maquiagem. Suas longas mãos repetem o exagerado gestual da presidente. Desde a saudação até o modo como posiciona as mãos na altura dos seios para começar a expor um assunto.

“Argentinos y argentinas”, diz, com voz rouca como a da original, e imitando esse modo de saudar incluindo homens e mulheres que já é uma assinatura de Cristina. Repete as palavras lentamente, como para dar suspense à narrativa: “Hoy, hoy, hoy”, e deixa um eco no final das declarações ou de palavras a que quer dar ênfase.

Em geral, os discursos são o alvo dos quadros. A Cristina que aparece da imitação de Fatima Florez é a que fala à nação com uma assustadora frequência de 4 a 5 vezes por semana. Mas também está ali a Cristina do dia-a-dia, que atende os telefonemas do filho mimado Máximo ou que conversa com o folclórico senador Aníbal Fernandez. O quadro tem se arriscado para além do politicamente correto ao referir-se também ao falecido marido de Cristina, seu antecessor Néstor, que agora aparece representado como um bonequinho com asinhas de anjo.

Mulher vaidosa e extremamente preocupada com o modo como aparece em público, Cristina dá sinais de estar sentido o impacto da imitação. Suas críticas aos meios subiram de tom e ela aparece em público com ares mais autoritários e com grande frequência. Como já reforçou diversas vezes o condutor do programa, Jorge Lanata, aos kirchneristas lhes falta sentido de humor.
