As terríveis imagens acima foram gravadas numa delegacia da cidade de General Güemes, na província de Salta. O menino é Mario Rodriguez, que, segundo seus parentes, foi vítima dos policiais locais mais de uma vez.

O vídeo difundiu-se amplamente pelas redes sociais e causou revolta. Os policiais responsáveis, além do que filmou o ocorrido, foram presos após grande pressão de grupos de direitos humanos, como o Centro de Estudos Legales y Sociales (CELS) e as Avós da Praça de Maio.
