A novela do dólar na Argentina fez com que alguns vídeos que tratam da obsessão dos nossos vizinhos pela moeda norte-americana virassem hit na internet. O dólar voltou à agenda na semana passada, quando o governo determinou que, para comprar bilhetes para viajar, os cidadãos terão agora de explicar para onde vão e quando voltam. Trata-se de mais uma medida para restringir a compra de dólares pela população e tentar conter a fuga de capitais do país. Como esta é a forma de investimento mais comum por aqui, a medida teve um impacto muito negativo, principalmente na classe média.

Aqui, um vídeo do genial comediante Tato Bores (1927-1996), que voltou a circular nas redes sociais. Tem 50 anos, mas é de uma atualidade incrível. Um dos mais célebres comediantes do país, que passou décadas fazendo sátira política na televisão, comenta a obsessão argentina pelo dólar. Diz Bores, ao comentar a esperteza do poupador argentino: “O dia que tivermos todos os dólares do mundo, iremos aos EUA com o dinheiro deles e vão ter de nos entregar o país.”

Abaixo, uma reportagem do sempre criativo programa “CQC” local que satiriza o hábito cultural argentino mas, principalmente, faz provocações a políticos. Entre eles, o ministro do Interior, Florencio Randazzo, que defende a medida, e o prefeito de Buenos Aires, Maurício Macri, que é contra, mas que acaba oferecendo seus dólares ao repórter por um valor muito mais alto do que o do mercado negro. A reportagem ainda mostra que, no Brasil, a febre do dólar não só não existe como as pessoas na rua nem sabem dizer quanto é a cotação da moeda norte-americana.
