Isso prejudica tanto grandes quanto pequenas editoras, uma vez que mais de 70% dos livros comercializados no país são impressos fora dele. Entre os mais prejudicados estão os espanhóis, que respondem pela maioria das obras que chegam ao país. A Federação dos Grêmios de Editores da Espanha já anunciou que não virá ao evento.
A organizadora da feira, Gabriela Adamo, diz que a norma ainda não impacta o mercado editorial argentino. “É difícil medir o quanto vai afetar. Por enquanto, está tudo normal e foi fácil organizar a feira. Mas se as medidas realmente se impuserem, num futuro próximo teremos problemas”, conta à Folha.
