Futebol na Cúpula

Sylvia Colombo

  15. I have observed that over the course of making a relationship with real estate proprietors, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in every single real estate purchase, a payment is paid. In the end, FSBO sellers do not “save” the payment. Rather, they try to earn the commission by simply doing a great agent’s work. In doing this, they commit their money and time to carry out, as best they’re able to, the assignments of an real estate agent. Those obligations include revealing the home via marketing, showing the home to all buyers, creating a sense of buyer emergency in order to induce an offer, preparing home inspections, controlling qualification inspections with the loan company, supervising maintenance, and facilitating the closing of the deal.
