O pintor colombiano Fernando Botero cumpre 80 anos no próximo dia 19 e uma turnê mundial de um conjunto de 80 esculturas de sua autoria parte de Assis (Italia) com destino a várias cidades do mundo, entre elas, São Paulo.

Para este mês, está prevista ainda uma homenagem em Medellín, sua cidade-natal, com a exibição de uma nova obra sua, “Via Crucis”, inspirada nas artes plásticas do século 16, e que retrata passagem da vida de Cristo.
